Penkert Properties is a family-owned LTD founded in 1991. From humble beginnings, the company continues to grow and now owns and manages more than 1000 units throughout Wisconsin. Our upper management and staff have designations to include ARM ® (Accredited Residential Manager), CPM ® (Certified Property Manager) as well as Wisconsin Real Estate Broker.
