How to Apply

If you’re interested in applying for an apartment with Penkert Properties, you are encouraged to use our Online Application by clicking on the “Apply Online” button above. Each person over the age of 18 that will be occupying the apartment must fill out their own application. If you prefer to print out a paper application, download the application below and return via email, postal service or in-person to the property where you are applying. If you are applying for a Section 42 property, you are required to complete the Section 42 application.

Resident Guide

Our Resident Guide was created to help answer many of the most common questions new tenants have when they are moving into their new apartment. It will also help explain what you can expect from us as a management company and what we’ll be looking for from you as a tenant. We request that you review the information provided in this guide and we ask for your cooperation in observing our policies as they have been established to provide the best experience for all of our tenants.
