Penkert Properties owns and operates an outstanding portfolio of apartment rental communities across Wisconsin. From our Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids, Oshkosh, Lake Mills, and Manitowoc locations.
3. Can I see an apartment before I fill out an application for it?
We invite you to visit the Penkert Properties Apartment community you’re interested in to meet the devoted staff, walk through an apartment home that’s comparable in size scope out the amazing amenities and services we have to offer. To schedule your tour, simply call, email or drop by an Penkert Properties community during regular office hours and ask for a member of our leasing team.
4. Do I need to setup an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?
We believe that finding and renting the perfect Penkert Properties apartment should be easy – and because of that, no appointment is necessary to tour any of our apartment communities. However, we encourage you to call ahead and schedule an appointment so we can assist you as soon as you arrive.
5. What are the age requirements?
Penkert Properties requires that anyone who signs the lease be at least 18 years of age.
6. What lease terms are available?
When you set out to search for your next apartment for lease, you’ll learn pretty quickly that most other companies offer you one choice of lease terms: theirs. Thankfully, there is no one-lease-fits-all at Penkert Properties. Penkert Properties offers a wide selection of Flexible Leasing Terms ranging from 2 to 12 months. Penkert Properties knows how much love and joy pets can bring you. That's why many of our communities offer Pet Friendly Apartments with the amenities your pets deserve. Please contact the community you're interested in for details.
8. Where is the online lease agreement form?
Click on the Online Applications tab on our Website and following the easy prompts.
9. How do I pay my rent online?
One of our most popular services is Paylease. Go to the Online Payment page and follow the on site driections.
10. What utilities are included in the rent?
Utilities included in the rent vary at each Penekert Properties apartment community. Contact the community’s leasing office for more information regarding utilities. On The Contact us Tab.
11. How do I connect my utilities, local phone, Internet and cable TV companies?
To connect your utilities, please contact your local utility providers. To connect your other vital services, the management team at your leasing office would be happy to provide you a list of companies in your area that offer these services. Or please contact your on site Manager on the Contact us Tab.
12. Am I required to have Renter’s Insurance?
All Penkert Properties apartment rental communities do not require Renter's Insurance. Although we highly recommend it.
13. How can I refer a friend?
If Penkert properties is just your style, chances are your friends will feel just as at home here as you do. Simply call, email or drop by your community’s leasing office to recommend a friend or learn more about Penkert Properties resident referral program.
14. Are utilities included? How much can I expect to pay for utilities?
